Uttlesford District Council grants £165,000 to 15 green community projects in Stansted, Elsenham, Henham, Saffron Walden, Newport, Great Chesterford and Thaxted
Henham Village Hall are delighted to announce it has been awarded a grant of £7995 from the UDC zero carbon communities fund for the installation of solar panels.
As a Village Hall Committee we are determined to provide a sustainable Village Hall both from a cost and climate perspective.
We are very grateful to UDC for their support and recognition of our work to renovate the hall and in particular our attempt to make it significantly more energy and environmentally efficient.
